Anyway, the point is because of certain variations in some CPUs about 10% of them are not so good at measuring the difference in voltages in the RAM. when there are quite just two levels. It won't work and there is no possible way to inform which of those are and aren't ready to roll. You can imagine if hardware manufacturers started selling millions of pre-built computers and the RAM tripling doesn't work on 10% of them. That means 10% of your customers will just get an inferior product and they can't exactly advertise to Kuster this computer has 24 gigabytes of RAM unless you're unlucky then it's only 8.

As you can see I'm running Windows 10 but even if you're using Windows 7 or 8 I'll show you how to do that it's a very small difference in the procedure and as you can see in the system info here my current amount of RAM is 32 gigabytes.

Ideally, we'll see that triple to 96 gigabytes quite probably anyone would ever need. it will still be awesome to possess. The first thing we need to do is open up the performance monitor so you can get to this by just going to the Start menu and looking through execution screen and afterward run that it'll request that you run as head' and affirm and hear what we need to do is search for where it says data collector sets just expand that than attend user-defined then we are getting to right-click in here. Go through this list it should default a processor but we're going to look for memory here and expand this and look where it says available megabytes here and just click Add that that is the part of the program that's getting to increase the particular amount of RAM then also look in here for committed bytes and we're going to add that as well so the available memory megabytes is telling the program want to optimize for size and then the committed bytes allows the operating system to actually use the new memory space alright and the last one we're going to need to add we're gonna look for GPU process memory here and then click on shared usage and don't worry about all this just make sure all instances are highlighted and then click Add for that one as well. This just makes sure that the GPU also has access to extra memory.

Otherwise, there will be a mismatch and things might get weird so just make sure that's added as well. we can go to-ok and then you want to click next do not click finish or else you'll have to start all this over. It'll just close it all out so we want to click Next here and then where it says, trace providers. All this we want to click Add again and wait for that to come up it might take a second and then we're gonna look through this list look for where it says let me just find it so I can show you Microsoft kernel memory and then click OK here and then we're gonna click Next now and then we're gonna add some registry keys so the actual operating system registers this extra memory so we're going to add and then make sure this is still here and then we're gonna add a backslash confirm it is a backslash not just confirm it is the same as this slash here then type in rather memory - Bank - and add another one which is slash memory - bank 3

The reason we're not doing one is that one already exists so we're tripling or adding these extra two levels. We will just click Next here again and then next again we don't need that and then make sure save and close and you can run as default and finish.

Then once we have it appearing like this you will see it says stopped one among the ultimate steps is to easily right-click it and hit start. It should say running it'll change to seem like this a touch bit but it should say if you right-click it'll give the choice to stop because it's already running.

One thing you can do is open up the Event Viewer by just searching for that in the Start menu - Windows logs - system and then scroll through. Look for where it mentions the memory Diagnostics results. Right-click that and hit event properties and then go to details. You should see that it says pass if it said fail there might actually something wrong with your memory. So but if it does say fail then it could mean that your memory doesn't have a program to triple it in there or something like that or your CPU. just is not compatible unfortunately but hopefully by now you still, in any case, should have for 90% of you a triple the amount of RAM. All right so for 90% of you, your RAM is now triple what it was before.
